At Star Dental Solutions, we partner with experienced dental billing professionals who take ownership, think proactively, and treat our clients’ success as their own. If you bring strong expertise, leadership, and attention to detail to your work, we would love to learn more about you.

As part of the application process, you will complete a brief Revenue Consultant Assessment. Based on your experience and areas of strength, you may choose to complete a Dental Billing Assessment, an Orthodontic Billing Assessment, or both. This allows us to gain a clear understanding of your expertise and thoughtfully align you with client practices where you can provide the greatest value.

Please plan to set aside approximately 30 minutes per assessment to complete and showcase your expertise.

For the best experience, we recommend completing the assessment on a desktop or laptop rather than a mobile device.

  • 7+ years of highly proficient, hands-on dental insurance billing experience
  • Proficiency within dental practice management systems. Deeper experience across multiple platforms strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently while meeting established timelines and responsibilities
  • Consistent availability during insurance business hours. Supporting claim follow-up, payer communication, and time-sensitive workflows
  • Deep understanding of verification, claim submission, payment posting, and patient A/R
  • Professional communication, meticulous attention to detail, and dependable follow-through
  • Reliable high-speed internet, secure dedicated HIPAA-compliant workspace, and technology capable of supporting remote system access
  • Professional responsiveness to communication within normal business timeframes
  • Active EIN or LLC and appropriate professional liability coverage (E&O with cyber liability)
  • U.S.-based professionals only
