Her passion for dentistry began with a deeply personal experience—watching her mother’s confidence soar after a full mouth rehabilitation. Seeing the power of a healthy, beautiful smile firsthand ignited a lifelong commitment to helping dental professionals succeed.
Her journey started in real estate, but her heart led her to dentistry, where she quickly discovered her knack for the business side of the industry. After stepping into a front office role early in her career, she never looked back. She developed an expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), mastering insurance billing, patient billing, dental insurance verifications, and AR management. She soon became a sought-after advisor, helping struggling practices streamline operations, maximize revenue, and build financial stability.
As the founder of Star Dental Solutions, Shaundra has worked with dental practices across the country, providing customized solutions that allow dentists to focus on what matters most—patient care. Her knowledge spans both the clinical and administrative sides of practice management, giving her a unique ability to bridge the gap between exceptional patient experience and operational efficiency.
